Terms and Conditions

By booking a stay with Aurora Skies Resorts, you are adhering to these policies and guidelines. These terms ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

1. Checkout Policy

Time: Checkout is strictly by 11:00 AM on your departure date. If you require a late checkout, please contact the office 306-427-5668 prior to your checkout date to request an extension (subject to availability). Key Return: Please leave the cabin key inside the property and leave the door unlocked upon departure. Failure to return the key at checkout will result in a $25 replacement fee.

2. Quiet Hours

To respect our neighbors and comply with local bylaws, noise must be kept to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Failure to honor this request may result in a request to vacate the premises. NO FIRES after 11:00PM. 

3. Housekeeping & Maintenance

We ask that you leave the house in the same condition in which you found it. Dishes: Please wash, dry, and put away all dishes before leaving. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. 

Linens & Assets: Do not remove towels, bedding, utensils, or furniture from the cabin. There will be a charge for any replacement items. 

Winter Care: During winter months, please keep all blinds open during the day to allow for proper airflow and prevent windows from icing up. 

Energy Conservation: Before checking out, please conserve energy by turning off all lights and turning down the heat or A/C.

4. Waste & Recycling

During your stay: If you need to dispose of trash during your stay, please take it to the white dumpster located by Cabin 1 at Aurora Skies Resorts (192 Carl Erickson Ave).Please dispose of garbage before checking out. Please do not leave garbage bags outside the cabin.

 Recycling: Paper and cardboard should be placed in the designated recycling bin next to the dumpster at Cabin 1. Cans and bottles may be left in the cabin; please remove the caps from the bottles so they can be recycled.

5. BBQ & Outdoor Cooking

Safety: Please ensure the BBQ is operated safely and never left unattended while in use. Cleaning: After use, please scrape the grill grates. Ensure the propane tank is turned off completely. Please call or text the office phone at if you ran out and need another tank. 

6. Pet Policy

Approval: Pets are only permitted in designated cabins with prior authorization and a pet fee applied to your booking. 

Guidelines: Pets must be leashed when outdoors and are not permitted on furniture or bedding. 

Cleanup: Guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste immediately. 

7. Occupancy & Smoking

Maximum Occupancy: Each cabin has a set occupancy limit. Within reason, visiting guests during 7am-11pm are permitted. 

 Smoking: All cabins are 100% smoke-free and vape-free. Smoking inside the property will result in a significant deep-cleaning fee. Please dispose of all cigarette butts safely in designated receptacles.

8. Damages & Liability

Guests are liable for the cost of any accidental or deliberate damage to the buildings or surrounding property. Please report any damages before you leave. If damage is discovered after checkout, you will be notified via email with information regarding the cost and a link to pay for the repairs.
